Ministry Essentials Staff

Our Story:

Zach spent eight years in business consulting before the Lord led him to seminary and eventually into full-time ministry. Noelle studied psychology and missions and spent a year working with victims of human trafficking in Cambodia before pursuing graduate studies in clinical psychology at Wheaton College where she met Zach. They spent nearly eight years serving cross-culturally in Cambodia through church planting and counseling alongside their growing family.

Zach recently became an ordained priest in the Anglican Church of North America, and has a heart for shepherding people and soul care. Noelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Alcohol & Drug Counselor and loves to see people set free to live the life that Jesus has for them.

Zach & Noelle have been married since 2007 and have four children: Asher, Emmett, Talia & Juniper. They currently live and serve in Tirana, Albania.

Our Ministry:

The Slagels are leading an Anglican house church in Albania alongside another family. This ministry gives them the opportunity for pastoral care and counseling with individuals and families serving in vital roles in the Balkan countries.

Zach also provides soul care and pastoral ministry to other workers in the Balkans as well as English speaking Albanians. Noelle is helping homeschool their children, beginning language study, and providing counseling as the Lord leads.
