We may not look like it, but there is cultural diversity in our family of four. All of us have US passports, but I (Jon) am the only one who grew up in the United States. God has used our stories to allow us to feel at home in Latin America.

During 16 years of cross-cultural ministry in El Salvador, we wore many hats and faced many experiences. Those years form a foundation for who we are today.

In 2012, God led us to move to USA to serve global workers from a home base in Birmingham, Alabama. God has used this change to build us into what He is calling us to be. For the last 10 years, we have traveled Latin America and Eastern Europe serving alongside Latin Americans. We understand them. We speak their heart language. And we love being a lifeline to those called to serve God in foreign countries.

As we travel this path, we have seen God create spaces for global workers to share their journeys with us. Highs and lows, victories and challenges. We are their story-holders. In us grew a calling to care for their souls. Healthy workers make for healthy ministry. God invited us to partner with His sent ones in this way.

We offer Latin American workers a space to share openly and encourage them to deepen their walk with Jesus into the joy-filled, transformative relationship that He has purposed.
