Our Story:
Since our marriage in 1977, we have loved coming alongside Christian leaders who have found themselves in tough seasons of life and ministry. The frequent stories we heard of cross-cultural workers having to leave the field for often-preventable reasons gripped us. And we wanted to be a part of the solution! That vision was realized when we moved to Central Europe in 2016 to provide on-field support for global workers.
Jeff earned an MA in Christian Education, with a pastoral counseling emphasis, from Talbot Seminary, and has over 40 years of experience mentoring Christian leaders and leading worship. Karen holds a Masters in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University and brings 15 years of clinical mental health experience alongside her years in ministry. We both hold certificates in Spiritual Direction from Sustainable Faith, and have 2 adult sons and 2 grandsons.
Our Ministry:
Every day around the world, global workers are coming up against what often feels like insurmountable challenges in places with few resources for support. It is our privilege to provide crucial care through individual counseling, marriage intensives, trauma interventions, and spiritual direction. We also provide safe-place support for parents of LGBTQ+ children. And we love leading worship in church, conference, and retreat settings.
