Emma joined Ministry Essentials Int’l in May 2026 as the Core Team Administrative Assistant. She graduated from the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama, in 2018 with a degree in Social Work. From 2018-2026, Emma held various social work and administrative leadership roles in healthcare, supporting individuals navigating complex health concerns.

For around a year before joining MEI, Emma was discerning a call towards vocational ministry. The Lord revealed to her during that time that he uniquely prepared her with just the right experience and skills to support other ministers in their work to expand the Kingdom of God. She is grateful to be joining MEI and deeply resonates with the organization’s mission and values.

Emma is married with two children. She met her husband, Hunter, in 2014 at the University of Montevallo. They married in June of 2017 and welcomed two daughters into their family. The Lovetts are a part of Iron City Church in Birmingham, Alabama, where Emma serves as a deacon of children’s ministry.
