The desire to enter more deeply into the lives of global workers began years ago as Eric & Staci communicated with many missionary friends about challenges on the field. They hoped for a more structured way to provide mental health and soul care support, and in 2010 they began providing counseling, marriage-mentoring, and soul care through web-based sessions, in person, at international conferences, and through webinars. God has used these experiences to shape a dream for their empty-nesting years to be lived in closer proximity and greater availability to global workers. In June 2021, they relocated to Budapest, Hungary to serve global workers full-time.

Eric earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Texas Tech University and has 20 years of experience in private practice. Staci received her certification in spiritual direction from Truett Seminary. They have been married 28 years and have 3 young adult daughters.
