The desire to enter more deeply into the lives of global workers began many years ago as Eric & Staci communicated with many global worker friends about challenges on the field. They hoped for a more structured way to provide mental health and soul care support, and in 2010 they began providing counseling, marriage-mentoring, and soul care through web-based sessions, in person, at international conferences, and through webinars. God used those experiences to shape a desire for their empty-nesting years to be lived focusing their ministry of counseling and spiritual direction to global workers. They served in Budapest, Hungary for 5 years supporting local and global ministries. Currently, they are based from Austin, Texas, offering soul care to global workers worldwide primarily through online sessions and in-person conference intensives.

Eric earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Texas Tech University and has over 25 years of experience. Staci received her certifications in spiritual direction and in supervision and has over 7 years of experience. They have been married 35 years and have 3 young adult daughters, a son-in-law and one granddaughter. They currently live in the States to help provide care for aging parents.
